Wes Anderson Directed The H&M Christmas Advert And 2016 Seems A Little Better

Sorry John Lewis.

It’s no secret that 2016 hasn’t been up there with our favourite years so far, but we think that might all be about to change.

H&M have officially awoken our Christmas spirit with the release of their festive advert, directed by none other than Wes Anderson.

The four-minute ad, staring Adrien Brody, is meant to be promoting the high street retailer’s Christmas 2016 collection, but it is basically just a homage to the creative genius of Anderson.

And the internet could not be more pleased about it.

That Wes Anderson H&M Christmas ad is exactly the kind of over the top bullshit I'm about

Well done H&M, you win the Christmas advert war. Although hiring Wes Anderson to direct your advert is basically cheating.

We take our hat off to you H&M.
