You’re not getting hustled — a “White Men Can’t Jump” reboot is a real possibility.
Producer Kenya Barris is developing a follow-up to the 1992 street-ball comedy that starred Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Barris, who created the sitcom “Blackish” for ABC, will write and produce the new film for 20th Century Fox.
In a conversation with TMZ Sports, featured above, Barris said that it’s highly likely that Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin, who is also producing along with Ryan Kalil of the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, will appear in the film.
Griffin is no stranger to the entertainment world. He’s producing an animated series for Fox called “Okies of Bel Air” and has appeared as himself on the Comedy Central show “Broad City.”
Exciting news, but we do have a few questions about the new film. For instance, will Wesley and Woody make an appearance? What about Rosie Perez? Will there be five new foods that start with the letter Q?
