These tips, tools and recipes are for men and women, and can help us avoiding having to stress about lack of hair or spend a lot of money or doing painful procedures like hair transplants to get your hair thicker. Even if you are worried you are starting to go bald, you don't have to lose more and you can actually reverse the process and grow it back.
1. Cut back on chemicals and the things that hold back new hair growth. This includes what you eat and what you put on your skin & hair.
2. Consume high amounts of nutrition: vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
3. Stress less, let go, relax and have more fun.
4. Incorporate a new hair care practice that includes natural hair treatments, remedies and natural foods.
These are best foods for hair growth as they are high in omegas, protein and antioxidants: beans, lentils, flaxseeds, chia seeds, avocado, berries, greens (kale, spinach, lettuce, broccoli etc).
These herbs stimulate hair growth: Rosemary, peppermint, stinging nettle, ginseng, saw palmetto, burdock and lavender.
Natural remedies:
- Loads of sunshine - vitamin D on the scalp!
- Meditation or exercise instead of stressing or worrying
- Regular head massages

- gratitude for the hair you do have
- create new neural pathways
Hair treatment includes: (apply to hair and leave in for 30-60 mins)
Olive oil treatment
Lather the hair with olive oil and leave in for 15 minutes then shampoo out.
Orange juice treatment
Make a batch of fresh orange juice and pour over the hair. Leave in for 30 minutes and let it seep into the scalp.
Aloe Vera treatment
Drink aloe Vera juice and also massage it into the scalp. Leave it on for 4 hours before shampooing out.
Castor oil treatment
Massage castor oil into the hair and leave set for 20 minutes then shampoo out.
Bentonite clay treatment
Bentonite clay absorbs heavy metals, toxins and parasites from the hair. Do a hair mask treatment once per week. Make some clay and leave it in your hair for 1 hour.
Coconut oil treatment
Warm some coconut oil and then lather your hair in coconut oil and leave in for at least 10 minutes. Rinse with hot water so it penetrates into the hair shaft.
Avocado hair treatment
Mash up an avocado and massage it into the hair. Avocado is full of antioxidants and will nourish your hair and scalp basically telling it to grow and nice and thick at that! Add some cacao powder to make a chocolate avocado treatment for even more antioxidants and stimulation into your hair follicles.
Fenugreek seed hair treatment
Soak 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds in water for 12 hours. Drain the water but keep it for later. Grind the seeds into a paste and lather through the hair. Let sit for 45 minutes and then pour the water through your hair as a rinse. This also gets rid of dandruff! Leave your hair to dry naturally if you can and shampoo the next day.
Flaxseed oil treatment
As a hair treatment. Rub onto hair and let it sit for 40 minutes then rinse and shampoo.
Salt water treatment
If your not able to jump in the ocean and soak your hair, add some sea salt to a spray bottle and spray your hair with it at least once per week. Let it absorb into your hair and don't wash it for at least 24 hours. Salt is a mineral and is so so so good for your hair.
Use natural Dry shampoo to make it thicker. Check out this recipe that uses arrowroot and bentonite clay! Use can just dab it into your hair daily and it will naturally make it thicker. No need to use toxic dry shampoos that make the hair weaker.
Here is a base recipe for Dry Shampoo:
4 tablespoons powder of your choice (arrowroot flour, bentonite clay, tapioca, tigernut flour)
6 drops of essential oils (peppermint or lavender)
Mix together and use on air with a makeup brush or hands.

We have to try new things in order to get new results! So what do you have to lose? When you implement these tips you will be nourishing your hair, relaxing more, and putting a lot more nutrition into your body!
Know that it is possible to grow thicker hair or even replace hair where it hasn't been growing before. Remember when you set an intention like to get thicker hair, and you do action steps to support that, you get results.
