Children's Hospital

Prince Harry followed in his mother’s footsteps as he visited the Sheffield Children’s Hospital to open a new £40 million wing. Harry visited with some of the hospitals patients, particularly one-year-old Noah Nicholson who was fascinated with the prince’s beard and hair.

The Duke of Sussex visited the Children's Hospital in Oxford and met patients and well-wishers. He also received a teddy bear for his newborn son, Archie. This is his first outing in the UK since Archie’s birth.

Imprecise use of medicine costs lives. If we can target drugs more effectively, we’ll deliver better outcomes for patients while making huge strides in securing the NHS’s future.

Former first lady Michelle Obama visited Children’s Hospital Colorado in Denver on 13 December 2018. Mrs. Obama read ‘The Night Before Christmas’, answered questions from children and encouraged Santa Claus to get up and dance.
