Apparently, it doesn't affect us all the same.
The fact the clocks change on Mother's Day this year feels particularly... harsh.
Winter is officially on its way.
Where has the year gone?!
For people living with dementia, the clocks changing is more than just a minor inconvenience.
The clocks go back on October 29th.
Mood swings, behaviour changes, sleep disruption? It can only mean one thing...
Time for an extra hour in bed.
Probably the latter, let's face it.
We'll lose an hour in bed – but it's not all doom and gloom.
