Donald Trump

A judge expanded the gag order on former President Donald Trump after he attacked the judge's family on social media.
“He can't claim to support law and order and at the same time support those who tried to upend our democracy,” said former Capitol Police Sgt. Aquilino Gonell.
"Defendant knows what he is doing, and everyone else does too," Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg wrote in a filing.
The situation raises "a substantial doubt" about whether Trump Media & Technology Group can continue as a business, an auditor said.
The former national security adviser rejected a comparison between the ex-president and Julius Caesar.
The former president had also lashed out at the judge and his daughter in Truth Social posts on Tuesday.
"I mean, is there no depth to which he will not descend?" asked Andrew Weissmann.
The president mocked his campaign rival for doing the one thing he claimed he wouldn't have time for.
Democrats successfully fought to get Trump’s tax returns public when he was president. That won’t happen now he’s running again.
The former president also took aim at Judge Juan Merchan's daughter in social media posts.
