When Garry and Kyle met, the two were both open and honest on their desire to begin a family. Soon, they were beginning the process of fostering children and became the first male same-sex couple in Kent to do so. What they found along the way however was a process that didn’t have much scope for families that didn’t subscribe to a man and woman being a couple. This continued as their fostering turned into adoption of their four children but now they’re living live as a family that shows that not all families have to be the same to work.
