Piers stormed off set prior to his permanent departure from the ITV breakfast show earlier this week.
The presenter said he "lost" his job after refusing to apologise for controversial remarks he made about Meghan Markle.
The divisive host left GMB earlier this week after his comments about Meghan Markle sparked more than 40,000 Ofcom complaints.
Andrew Neil will be joined by presenters like Dan Wootton, Simon McCoy and Kirsty Gallacher on the new channel.
"Piers’ departure sincerely wasn’t the conclusion I was hoping for," the weather presenter has insisted.
The presenter said her former colleague had been "very supportive to me personally".
"Any network worth its salt could find a role for a broadcaster of his calibre," Andrew Neil said of the former Good Morning Britain host.
