ITV have cancelled The Jeremy Kyle Show following the death of a guest shortly after filming. ITV are conducting a review into the episode, while all previous episodes have been removed from the ITV Hub. The daytime show, often involving DNA and lie detector tests, has been a regular on ITV since 2005.
The actor had been filming for an ITV show, and expressed concerns about the way the animals are often treated.
The BBC and ITV have announced plans to launch their own streaming service, Britbox. Britbox will launch later this year with a collection of boxsets and originals, expected to rival the likes of Netflix and Amazon Prime.
