Katie Hopkins first found her way to our screens as a candidate on 'The Apprentice', and since then has risen to prominence with her no-nonsense opinions and straight-talking in interviews. In 2013, 'This Morning' viewers were shocked when she revealed that she pre-judges her children's friends based on their names and class, an appearance alongside Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, which has now been viewed over 200,000 views on YouTube. As well as her TV appearances, Katie's Twitter page has kept her in the news for the past 18 months, thanks to her controversial comments about her fellow celebrities, with Lily Allen, Gemma Collins, Katie Price, Peaches Geldof, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Josie Cunningham and Susanna Reid all being on the receiving end of her acid tongue at some point or another, either in her tweets or her column in The Sun. More recently, Katie's stay in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house kept her in the headlines, thanks to her furious rows with Perez Hilton. Shockingly, given the massive boos she received from the crowd outside the 'CBB' house, she managed to finish as runner-up. Since then, she has landed her own LBC radio show, and moved her column to MailOnline. She has also undergone brain surgery to cure her epilepsy.
