The Prodigy frontman Keith Flint was not honoured, while two late artists' names were misspelled.
There have been huge losses from the worlds of TV, film, music and fashion over the last 12 months.
The custom-made gothic oak and steel bed sold for £8,500 in an auction of the late Prodigy singer's belongings.
The music icon was found dead at his home in March.
A coroner stated "we we will never quite know what was going on in Flint's mind" at the time of his death.
Hundreds of fans gathered in Braintree, Essex, for the funeral of The Prodigy frontman Keith Flint. Some had travelled from around the world to pay their respects to the singer and join a procession before his funeral. The 49-year-old died earlier this month.

The band had been due to tour the US and perform at numerous festivals worldwide.
