Over a dozen people have died as heavy rains and flooding continue in North and South Carolina. Hurricane Florence has been downgraded to a tropical depression, but governors from both states have urged residents to remain vigilant.
The victims died mostly in landslides and houses that got hit by the storm's fierce winds and rain.
