A man and a woman have been killed during a mass shooting in New York with multiple others wounded.
Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren suspended the officers involved in the death of Daniel Prude, 41, in March.
The New Yorker confessed he had symptoms when his wife started to get sick after giving birth. Strict visitation measures have since been enforced at the hospital.
