A video of an unidentified man shouting racial abuse at a woman on a RyanAir flight has gone viral. The woman was moved to another seat and the man was allowed to stay on the plane. RyanAir has been criticised for it's muted response, while Essex police have been in touch with Spanish authorities, as the incident happened on the runway in Barcelona.
The airline has been hit by strikes and lower passenger numbers over the last year.
