Nigel Bromage was recruited outside of his secondary school into far-right extremism. After 20 years within the far-right, Nigel became disillusioned and left to reclaim his life. Now, he is Director of Small Steps, a consultancy that teaches families, friends and organisations of the warning signs of far-right grooming of others and helping people already involved leave the far-right.
