As if celebs needed any encouragement to be over the top, this year’s Met Gala embraced the kitschy and the gaudy with this year’s theme “Camp: Notes On Fashion”. Lady Gaga stole the show with what can only be described as a red-carpet performance, and she revealed four different costumes along with a lot of theatrical posing. Editor of Vogue Anna Wintour hosts the ball every year to raise money for the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
And four of them belonged to Lady Gaga.
Stefani Germanotta, a.k.a Lady Gaga, has had a whirlwind year, nabbing an Oscar for her songwriting and a Best Actress nomination for her first feature film, “A Star Is Born”. Oh, and two Grammys to top it off. Not a bad way to celebrate turning 33. Happy birthday Gaga!

The Oscars 2019 are almost upon us… without a host. “The Favourite” and “‘Roma” lead the nominations with ten each, followed by “A Star Is Born” with eight. Also nominated for Best Picture is “Black Panther,” “BlacKkKlansman,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “A Star Is Born,” “Vice,” and “Green Book.” Performances on the night will include Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga singing “Shallow” and a special return by Queen, joined by Adam Lambert.
The pair have been dating since 2017.
