The prime minister said he ongoing war with Ukraine had "caused colossal human suffering".
He said it demonstrated the need for the international community to put pressure on the Russian president.
"This is Russia's shame that will not be forgiven or forgotten," Poland's minister said.
The minister suggested there should be an international response to Kyiv's incursion.
The foreign secretary accused the Russian president of building "an empire built on lies".
Volodymyr Zelenskyy also suggested the Ukraine war is "closer to an end" than many may believe.
His comments come amid scrutiny that a second Trump term may mean for more US lenience for Russia in the Ukraine war.
The Russian president's long-held plans could be "hampered" by his ongoing land grab in Ukraine.
"We strongly condemn the unprecedented attack on friendly Lebanon and its citizens."
One of Russia's former investors suggested there was very little "downside" to giving long-range missiles to Ukraine.
