Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued a dire warning to his allies today.
The prime minister said it will help ensure the country is "never again vulnerable to the kind of brutality inflicted on it by Russia".
Seoul claimed it is because the soldiers have a "lack of understanding of modern warfare".
The Ukrainian president thinks Vladimir Putin has significant ambitions.
The Ukrainian president said Aleksandr Lukashenko rung him on the "second or third day" after Putin's invasion.
"Do you think that's a sane person?" Volodymyr Zelenskyy asked.
Moscow will now be forced to respond, apparently.
"Only through strength can we together force Russia and its allies to give up terror and achieve a just peace".
The Ukrainian president also claimed his Russian counterpart is "addicted to war".
