The Ukrainian president said Aleksandr Lukashenko rung him on the "second or third day" after Putin's invasion.
"Only through strength can we together force Russia and its allies to give up terror and achieve a just peace".
The Ukrainian president also claimed his Russian counterpart is "addicted to war".
